Our Sportevo Life Performance programme is specifically tailored to the age, physical fitness level and health of each person.  In addition, the programme changes every 4 weeks, is revised weekly and, if necessary, modified daily.

Sessions are held at Sportevo unless specific circumstances require other arrangements.  Although you exercise on your own, we make sure that you get the most out of each session and each exercise. We are with you every step of the way, providing whatever advice or guidance you may need.
